Pretty Wicked Candles was established in 2022 on the Northern Beaches in Sydney by Kim, a passionate candlemaker who has spent countless hours perfecting the art and science of candle making.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be $10.
What are your candles made out of?
Our products are all made with 100% Soy Wax and our beautiful fragrances are made in Australia and are all vegan.
How long does shipping take?
Allow up to one week for candles purchases, custom made may vary depending on quantity.
How do I care for my candle?
To get the most out of your candle, always trim the wick to before every burn, and keep the candle away from drafts. Let your candle burn until the wax has melted evenly across the surface for a longer-lasting burn. Do not let a candle burn for longer than four hours.
Are your candles safe to burn?
Yes, all of our candles are crafted with safety in mind. We use non-toxic materials and ensure our candles meet safety standards. Always follow the burning instructions on the bottom of the candle, the dust cover and the box for optimal safety.
How long do candles burn for?
The burn time depends on the size and type of candle. Typically, our candles burn for 50 hours.
What is your return policy?
Our candles are not returnable in change of mind circumstances. Damaged candles on delivery will be replaced if you get in contact with Pretty Wicked Candles with a image of the damage.
